For those who love hiking , this is one of the most beautiful trekking excursion in Sicily. We will take you up to the starting spot, where the Etna Volcanological Guides organize the hiking to the summit craters of this highest active volcano in Europe. Optionally you can rent a trekking guide (payable on site by guest only) or take advantage of the free accessible trails and discover the Silvestri craters and the surrounded area covered by the volcanic ash produced by the gentle giant.
Stops: Nicolosi, Monti rossi, Silvestri craters and Taormina. Short stop in Nicolosi also for buying lunch (not included in the price of the excursion).
